Service analytics includes the data generated in the process of service delivery. It often includes web analytics, server logs, helpdesk/telephony logs, social media or any other "service" reporting or reportable data. Usually service analytics are de-identified to simply report on the key measurables of services such as number of transactions started, % completed transactions, number of calls, how many people are using a service from a mobile device, and much more.
