Welcome to the Service Innovation Toolkit.
This wiki is for collaboratively developing a source of guidance, best practice, reference examples and tools for designing and building awesome services in the public sector. It is managed by the Service Innovation team in DIA, New Zealand Government.
What is this?
This wiki is an effort by public servants, for public servants, to help support and drive "service innovation" in government. It includes the collation of useful guidance, good practice and case studies, information about communities of practice, tools, APIs and reusable components and whatever else we find that is useful for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of amazing government services for our communities. Please also see the page on the digital government.
What do you need?
You can just browse through the site, but you might also find it useful to browse by tag. At this stage we have added tags for design, analytics, technology and policy (which also includes digital legislation). We will add tags as is useful but we thought tagging content by user types common in our community would be a good start :)
How to contribute to this wiki
